• Certificates confirming participation in the “Technorama 2026” exhibition will be issued between June 1 and 5, 2026 (inclusive). Certificates will be sent to the team contact person indicated in the registration form.
• If you have not received your certificate by June 8, 2026, please first contact your team’s designated contact person or reach out to the “Technorama” organizer, Justina Kateivaitė (justina.kateivaite@ktu.lt).
• Winning teams will be contacted by June 5, 2026 (inclusive). The team contact person indicated in the registration form will receive an email from the organizers with detailed information on how to claim the prize. If you have not received this email by the specified date, please contact the organizers using the provided contact details.
• All official communication will be conducted through the contact details provided in the registration form.
• If incorrect or incomplete contact information was provided during registration, the organizers cannot guarantee the timely delivery of important information.
• The organizers will communicate information to the designated team contact person indicated in the registration form. The organizers are not responsible if this information is not shared with other team members.

• The catalogue has been compiled based on the information provided in the registration forms and the visual materials submitted by participants. The organizers are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or late submissions.
• The organizers reserve the right to edit the submitted texts for stylistic consistency, grammatical accuracy, formatting, and layout purposes, without changing the substance of the information provided.
• Project descriptions, photographs, logos, and other project-related materials submitted during registration may be included in the catalogue.
• If you notice any technical, layout-related, or other inaccuracies in the catalogue, please inform the organizers. The organizers will assess whether corrections can be made to the digital version of the catalogue.

1. Special training session “Effective pitching” is prepared for participants of TECHNORAMA 2026. Registered participants will receive access links to the training session.
2. If you have never prepared a pitch before, we recommend using the training materials “How to pitch 2026” prepared by the organizers.
3. We invite hardware prototype creators to prepare in the Young Lab Creative Space for Young Researchers, located at M-Lab. Participants of “Technorama” are invited to consult and participate in practical sessions.
   “Young Lab” can help you:
   – Decide on design solutions.
   – Prepare files for 3D printing.
   – Create a physical visual identity – logos, stickers, cards.
   – Choose the right tools for the completion and delivery of the prototype.
   – Find potential advisors and resources.

• Participants of the TECHNORAMA exhibition compete for the title of the most innovative and commercially viable solution (please see evaluation criteria below) and the main prize*, established by the Rector of Kaunas University of Technology (KTU).
• TECHNORAMA partners establish special prizes for exhibition participants.
• Winners will be selected and awarded with prizes by a competent jury composed of partners, business, and science representatives.
• If a team representative does not participate in the physical exhibition, the commission reserves the right not to evaluate the works of representatives who are not present at the physical exhibition.

• All “Pitch Battle” participants compete for the title of the best exhibition-pitch presentation and the main prize* established by the main event’s partner Nordclinic
• Special training sessions on “Effective Pitching” are prepared for TECHNORAMA participants. Registered participants will receive access links to the training.
• Participants will have 3 minutes to present their innovations during the “Pitch Battle”, and another 3 minutes will be allocated for questions from the commission.
• If you have never organized an idea presentation, we invite you to use the “How to pitch” presentation prepared by the organizers.
• Pitches of the “Pitch Battle” should be delivered in English.
• Winners will be selected by a jury composed of representatives from partners, business, and science.
